I don't currently have a CV. Can you still help?
Sure. We can start afresh for you. Once an order has been placed, we will gather the basic details needed to make a start using a questionnaire. Your Consultant can then gather further information via phone and / or email (whichever is easiest for you).
Are your CVs ATS-friendly?
Yes. All CVs are prepared with ATS in mind. While writing your CV, we will research your target role(s) to ensure your new CV is keyword-optimised to get past the initial ATS screening process.
Do you have a CV writer in my industry?
We do not claim to have writers in every industry as this isn't possible. Instead, we have a mix of experience spanning 20+ years across multiple industries. If we ever review a CV that we do not feel we can add value to, we'll tell you. Transparency and honesty are very important to us.
What's the full order process?

How long will it take to get a CV?
Our 'standard' turnaround time is 3-5 days. For a guaranteed turnaround of 6 / 12 / 24 / 48 hours, a surcharge will apply.
We will not sacrifice quality for speed. If we feel we're unable to meet a specific deadline, we will tell you.
Can I have a telephone consultation first?
Of course. A telephone consultation is entirely optional (but often recommended). We find that some clients can not make personal calls during working hours. In this case, if we do need to expand on details, we can either arrange a convenient time or email our questions.
Other CV writing companies claim to guarantee an interview, why don't you?
At no point do we promise your new CV will guarantee you an interview. Job seeking is a complex process and securing a new role is based on many factors. Instead, we promise we'll do everything within our expertise to ensure your new CV is sufficiently targeted and highlights your relevant skills. Please think carefully before engaging services claiming to "guarantee" an interview.
How can I pay for a CV?
Payment can be made online using a credit or debit card. We also accept payment via: Paypal, telephone and bank transfer.
Can I see an example CV?
You can see an in-depth before and after example of a CV we reviewed. Do feel free to contact us should you wish to view further examples.
What formats will my new CV be in?
We prepare all CVs in editable Microsoft Word (.docx) format. We will also supply a PDF file (this retains formatting integrity across all systems). If you require a specific file type, such as Google Docs or Apple Pages, that’s also not a problem.
Will I be able to edit the CV you create for me?
Yes. You'll be able to edit, print and save all the files we send you.
If I lose my CV, do I have to pay to have it sent again?
If you lose your CV, let us know and we'll send you another copy free of charge.

How quickly will I get a new job if I order a CV?
This is impossible to predict. We do not like to make any false promises or misleading and unsubstantiated claims. Instead, we promise to do all we can to support you in reaching the interview short-list using a bespoke CV tailored towards your career goals.
Do you offer any guarantees?
We're one of the only CV writing companies to offer one year of unlimited support with all CV packages. With this, you're able to contact your Consultant at any time to: add new jobs, add new qualifications and make tweaks to your new CV.
CV writing is not an exact science and everyone will have differing views on what constitutes a "good" CV. CV writing fees are generally non-refundable due to the bespoke nature of our service (we do not use templates or stock content), and because CVs that cannot be resold. It is at the Manager's discretion to offer a partial / full refund.
