Scope of Work & Free Amendments

After placing an order, you will receive an email requesting details about your target career path. At this stage, we ask for example job descriptions to help us tailor your CV and optimise keywords for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Once you receive your first draft, you will have the opportunity to review and request edits. All CV packages (excluding CV Revamps) include 12 months of free ongoing support. This covers updating new employment entries, adding qualifications, and making minor tweaks to existing text. Complete changes of career focus are subject to additional charges. All free edits are subject to our Fair Use Policy.

Turnaround Times

Calculated turnaround times commence once we have received your existing CV (or completed questionnaire) and details regarding your target role. This start time will be confirmed via email. Orders placed outside standard UK business hours will roll forward to the next business day.

Interview Guarantees

We do not claim that a new CV will automatically guarantee an interview. Hiring decisions depend on various external factors including job market dynamics, applicant volume, and employer criteria. Instead, we guarantee that we will apply over two decades of professional expertise to create a compelling, ATS-optimised document that effectively markets your skills and experience.

Refunds & Service Concerns

CV writing is a highly personalised service. With over 20 years of experience, we strive to deliver exceptional documents tailored to each client. Due to the bespoke, non-reusable nature of our services, fees are generally non-refundable. Refunds remain at the discretion of management. Approved refunds incur a 20% processing fee. Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after order delivery cannot be accommodated.

• Service Delivery: Details are shared with internal professional writers to draft your application documents.

4. Retention & Security

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill service agreements and statutory requirements. Personal information, order records, and drafts are encrypted and securely stored. Financial transactions conducted through our site are transmitted via encrypted HTTPS protocol.
