What does interview coaching involve?
All coaching sessions last 1.5 hours, during which time Margaret will put you through a mock interview to test your interview technique and assess your weaknesses. Following this session, Margaret will send you feedback on your interview and provide strategies to help you play to your strengths at 'real' interviews.
Before your coaching session, Margaret will assess your current CV, together with the job / people description of your chosen role to identify the most likely interview questions.
