Hi Sammy_25 and our apologies for the delay in responding to this!
This question could be answered in a number of ways:
* Have you overcome obstacles in a project to satisfy deadlines?
* Have you worked in a team where ideas conflicted and implemented solutions to satisfy all team members?
* Have you successfully managed unhappy clients?
There is no specific rule as to what you should say and which examples you should use. One which demonstrates the most amount of competencies would be the best option, ie:, teamwork, problem solving, time management, people management etc. - especially if these competencies are listed in the people spec of the job you're applying for.
Feel free to post your answer here and we'll advise the best we can! :D |

| Has your working life been so free of problems that you can't think of a single instance where something went wrong, or a co-worker was hard to get along with, or there were difficulties that you had to cope with? Either you've not been working long, or you're good at hiding. :) |

| you want to make sure that you sound human. No one has had a free and clear, problem free work environment. |

| That's a very good point, randle. If you say there has never been a problem at work, ever, the new employer is probably going to think you're lying, and that won't go in your favour. |
