lol...one of the hottest days of the year and it's been spent completion an application form.

from previous experience, i found that they are not necessarily looking for an answer which relates to a job - it could be litrally anything! for example, you could have been a major part of a project in University which required you to take charge, make changes and keep everyone happy...i might be wrong and i am sure ther'll be more help along shortly. :lol:

Yes, Firestorm is correct in that you could use any example as an answer here. Being a recent student, there must have been a situation at some point where you worked as part of, or even managed, a team through a project? Use this example to demonstrate your team working and organisation skills, as well as communication and presentation.
