Do you also have a job where a CV is not enough and want to see a great portfolio? As a print and Multimedia designer I have such job.

I also always bring a printed portfolio to a job interview.
I have it organized by category. (illustrations, websites, flash designs, print design)
Do you add text in your printed portfolio? I always just tell it... but I'm wondering about what to do.
