When to stop including your GPA

I had a 3.5 GPA in college. Is that something that should be on my resume? I graduated 10 years ago. It seems a little silly to me to leave it on there, but others have told me it's good to show.

I too think that it is good to show.

I don't think it is necessary to include on most resumes. If you were fresh out of college and applying for an internship I would include it. Something like a list of all the clubs and your leadership positions and then include that you maintained a high GPA throughout it all.

I've been out of college for many, many years and I don't tell any of my scores. If the person reading my resume wonders why I don't say anything about the scores all they have to do is see when I graduated school.

There comes a point when I don't think the scores should matter any longer like when you have over 20 years of work experience behind you.

I had my CV professionally written and it shows my GPA even now, years after leaving school.
