Have you ever applied for a position that required several interviews?
A few years ago I applied with a doctor's office and had to return 4 separate times to interview. By the 4th visit I was ready to just look somewhere else. By the time the office called and said they wanted me to join them, I had already accepted another offer.
How do you feel about having to complete several interviews for the same position?
I think it indicates some real problems with decision making, which would drive me nuts on a daily basis. I also think it is terribly inconsiderate.
Would you work for a place with these problems?
