I’ve a job offer and i want to resign my present job. according to contract i should give 30 days intimation before leaving,but my joining date is much earlier. i can give two weeks of notice to my present employe. how to write a resignation letter in such case. Please provide with some Example.

am planning to leave my present job due to less salary and all the benifits that they promised was removed even the uniform we are the one who will pay but in the contract they are the one who will provide…they make the staff like a dog and like a toy where they want to put they put. and they only listen to the staff whos senior even in its wrong they are not fair. im already disppointed to the co.
can u pls send me resignation suitable for this matter.. tnx

I was taken off the schedule for 2 weeks, as per my supervisor, and my last day of work was 2-24-09, the company didn’t fire me, but is keeping me off the schedule and refuses to allow me to claim unemployement insurance, they just fired an African American lady doing the exact same job as i was doing but she’s collecting, she was fired, someone else is working at my job, and whats unbelievable is these people my bosses, called my house to harass me after 930pm at night, they commited reverse discrimination, and theirs about 10 other things that was done to me in trying to force me to quit. I haven’t resigned yet but i have no money comming in, my wife and i support her mother, she lives with us,only my wifes check is all thats comming in also i have proof that these idiots were paying a supervisor under the table. I was a chemical engineer for 20 years until the big layoff, and i have been working for this security co. for 2 years.

Hi. I have just arrived and started work in a country I dreamed of settling in and realized after my arrival that the place is not for me. I am also not happy in the company. I need advice on how to resign. I plan to tender resignation on my first month, which is two weeks from now.
