Entry requirements for this course:
A2-levels: ABB. One (but only one) of these grades may be achieved either from the average of two AS-level grades or from a vocational A level. Every contributory grade must be in a different subject.
AS-levels: may be included in the offer - see above
General Studies: Accepted
Vocational A-levels: Up to six units can come from vocational A-levels - see above
Preference: Three A2-levels
GCSE: Maths and English Language grade B

The University of Ulster state that from their B.Sc. (honours) in Marketing course, graduates will gain:
- An understanding of the core role of Marketing Strategy and Entrepreneurship in determining the growth potential of an enterprise
- A deep understanding of relevant theory and examine the potential dichotomy between this theory and business practice
- A deeper understanding of the potential for further research in Marketing Strategy and Entrepreneurship
- An understanding of the development and operation of markets for products and the changing nature of consumer demand
- An understanding of managing key resources, financial and human, in order to exploit market opportunities, including the value of the Internet
