Cardiff University state that a degree in Criminology, “enables students to build up a range of skills and knowledge whilst simultaneously developing a critical appreciation of the processes of criminological research, criminological debates and the operation of the criminal justice system.”

A variety of assessment styles are used in a Criminology degree. When you graduate you will be able to progress to careers in the police, probation service, social work and law, as well as higher level study and research.
