		<description>1st jobs is a bit of a lottery for graduates as I find most don&#039;t know what or where they want to go. There are some &quot;good&quot; names out there but obviously that is where the competitions will be. As you state CV&#039;s and interview skills need to be sharp to stand out in the crowd. I would probably advise grads to focus more on getting the right job rather than get sucked towards what they are told is the right company.</description>
