Our 'standard' turnaround time is 3-5 days. For a guaranteed turnaround of 6 / 24 / 48 hours, a surcharge will apply.
We will not sacrifice quality for speed. If we feel we're unable to meet a specific deadline, we will tell you.
Any company claiming to 'guarantee' an interview, is quite simply lying. It's impossible to predict what positions a client applies for; they could be under-qualified and not receive an interview because of that.
Instead, we offer free changes and updates to your CV for 12 months. If you feel your new CV is not getting results, all we ask is that you email us examples of job specs you've applied to so that we can compare it to the CV and re-write where needed.
Payment can be made online using a credit or debit card. We also accept payment via: Paypal, telephone, bank transfer and cheque.
You'll receive your new CV in 3 formats.
Yes. You'll be able to edit, print and save all the files we send you.
If you lose your CV, let us know and we'll send you another copy free of charge.
This is impossible to predict (despite claims by some of our competitors which cannot be backed up!). The key objective of a professionally-created CV is to get you to the interview stage.
If, for any reason, before despatch of your completed CV, you decide you don't want to take your order any further, let us know and we'll refund you.
After receipt of your CV, you are entitled to unlimited updates / amendments for 12 months from the date of your order.
