The CV Store is committed to ensuring that you receive the CV and customer service that you deserve. If for any reason you are unhappy with either the CV, the customer service you receive or any other aspect of our service please let us know. We will ensure that any problem is resolved as quickly as possible and aim to resolve any complaint within one working day.

Terms and Conditions

No content on this site may be copied / distributed without the express permission of The CV Store.

If you are paying for a CV service by credit / debit card, please note that your card will be debited prior to us starting work on your CV so that we can ensure that your card is valid and that there is sufficient funds/credit in the account to pay The CV Store.

If paying by credit / debit card, CVs will be despatched within the estimated turnaround time provided to you at the time of order (usually between 24 - 72 hours), and within 6 hours, if using our emergency "revamp" service. If paying by cheque, we will start work as soon as the funds have cleared.

If you require your order to be prepared within a specified deadline please contact us before placing your order.

All CVs are produced from information supplied by the client and The CV Store will not be held liable for any misrepresentation resulting from false or dishonest information being supplied.

Production of a CV by The CV Store does not guarantee an interview.

All CVs will be revised free of any further charges until you are totally satisfied and request despatch of your completed order. These changes continue for 12 months from your original order date.
