Information Collected
The only information we collect about you is the information that you supply to us in connection with your CV and any emails you send us. We are also fully opposed to spam and will never release, sell or redistribute your details to anyone. We're also SafeBuy assured.
Use of Personal Information
Your personal information will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be passed on to any third parties. Personal information will only be collected for the purposes of:
- Processing any orders that you have made.
- Answering any general queries you have.
- Providing you with the best possible service.
CV service payment and service delivery
If you are paying for a CV service by credit / debit card, please note that your card will be debited prior to us starting work on your CV so that we can ensure that your card is valid and that there is sufficient funds/credit in the account to pay The CV Store.
Cancellations for purchased CV services - Distance Selling Regulations
The supply of services and personalised goods, as outlined in Distance Selling Regulations 13, "the consumer will not have the right to cancel the contract by giving notice of cancellation pursuant to regulation 10", 13:1A and 13:1C in respect of contracts for the supply of services if the performance of the contract has begun with the consumer's agreement; before the end of the cancellation period.
CV service turnaround
If paying by credit / debit card, CVs will be emailed to you within the turnaround time selected at the time of order (usually between 24 - 72 hours), and within 4/12 hours, if using our "revamp" service. If paying by cheque, we will start work as soon as the funds have cleared.
If you require your order to be prepared within a specified deadline please contact us before placing your order.
Free CV review
Strictly 1 free CV review per customer (unless stated otherwise or part of a special offer).
CV production and after sales service
All CVs are produced from information supplied by the client and The CV Store will not be held liable for any misrepresentation resulting from false or dishonest information being supplied.
Production of a CV by The CV Store does not guarantee an interview.
All CVs will be revised free of any further charges until you are totally satisfied. These changes continue for 12 months from your original order date.
After purchasing a CV service, after 3 months, if you have not been invited to 1 interview, we will review your CV free of charge against the jobs for which you are applying.
Complaints
The CV Store is committed to ensuring that you receive the CV and customer service that you deserve. If for any reason you are unhappy with either the CV, the customer service you receive or any other aspect of our service please let us know. We will ensure that any problem is resolved as quickly as possible and aim to resolve any complaint within one working day.
