CV order process
STEP 1:
- Send us an email with your contact number, current CV and service required
- If you do not have a CV, complete our questionnaire
STEP 2:
- We contact you to confirm your details and provide an estimated turnaround time, (usually around 24 hours)
- At this stage, we might need to gather more information - this may involve an optional free telephone consultation
STEP 3:
- We'll send you a request for payment. This can be made online or by phone using a credit / debit card. We also accept cheques by post
- Upon receipt of payment, we'll begin work on your new CV
- You're under no obligation to send payment until you'd like us to start work
STEP 4:
- Receive the 1st draft of your new CV and cover letter
- Continue working with your CV Consultant via email / phone until you're 100% happy with your new CV - this includes FREE ongoing support for 12 months
